Terms of Service
Last updated June 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of digisavvy.com and any services we provide. Engaging us — by signing a proposal or paying an invoice — means you agree to them. We’ve kept the legalese to a minimum.
The agreement
Your specific project proposal or statement of work, together with these terms, forms the agreement between us. Where a signed proposal and these terms conflict, the signed proposal wins.
Our services
We provide design, development, and ongoing care services as described in your proposal. We’ll perform them with reasonable skill and care, in-house, and keep you in the loop throughout.
Payment terms
Projects are quoted as a fixed fee. Larger projects are billed in milestones — typically 50/50 or 50/25/25. Care plans are billed quarterly in advance. Invoices are due within the terms stated on them; late balances may pause active work.
- Fixed-fee projects, owned and scoped by us
- Milestone billing on engagements over $10,000
- Care plans billed quarterly, in advance
Scope & changes
We’ll define the scope together up front. Work outside that scope is handled as a separate, agreed change — we’ll never quietly run up a bill. If something shouldn’t be built, we’ll tell you.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, the deliverables are yours. We retain rights to our underlying tools, libraries, and know-how, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Warranties
We stand behind our work and will fix defects in our deliverables for a reasonable period after launch. Beyond that, services are provided “as is” without further warranty, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work the claim relates to. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
